还原型谷胱甘肽治疗放射性肠炎48例的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of 48 cases of radioactive enteritis with reduced glutathione

目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽在放射性肠炎治疗中的疗效及优缺点。方法选取我院2011~2015年门诊及住院放射性肠炎患者48例,依据不同治疗方式将患者分为两组,在合理膳食的前提下加强营养支持并随机分为实验组（应用还原型谷胱甘肽输液配合口服蒙脱石散）和对照组（口服蒙脱石散）,治疗15天为1个疗程,4周后复查肠镜,根据肠镜下表现及临床症状变化做出治疗结果报告。结果实验组有效率、治愈率、住院时间等指标均显著优于参照组,还原型谷胱甘肽辅助放射性肠炎的治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论将还原型谷胱甘肽应用在放射性肠炎治疗中存在比较显著,可以有效缩短住院时间,医生临床治愈率以及治疗效果,值得临床上广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and the advantages and disadvantages of reduced glutathione in the treatment of radiation enteritis. Methods 48 cases of radioactive enteritis patients in outpatient and inpatient of our hospital 2011-2015 years were analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.On the premise of the reasonable diet and nutrition support,they were randomly divided into experimental group（Application of glutathione infusion combined with oral administration of Montmorillonite powder） and control group（oral treatment,Montmorillonite powder） 15 days for a course of treatment,4 weeks after endoscopy,and making treatment result report according to the changes of clinical symptoms and endoscopic manifestations. Results The effective rate,cure rate,hospitalization time and other indicators of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group.The therapeutic effect of reduced glutathione in adjuvant radiation enteritis was significantly higher than that in control group,there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of reduced glutathione in treatment of radiation enteritis has obvious significance.It can effectively shorten the time of hospitalization,the doctor clinical cure rate and treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
