肌电生物反馈对小儿脑瘫膝过伸的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过对比治疗前后膝过伸的角度,日常生活活动能力评分、粗大运动功能评分,研究肌电生物反馈对脑瘫膝过伸治疗的有效性。方法 2011年1月-2013年12月年收住脑瘫膝过伸患儿40例,随机分组,对照组20例,试验组20例。对照组进行常规康复治疗,试验组在常规康复治疗的基础上增加下肢肌电生物反馈训练。两组均采用医院-家庭相结合的康复模式,治疗3个月,在治疗前后分别对患儿卧、立位膝过伸角度,下肢痉挛和肌力,粗大运动功能及日常生活活动能力进行评估,对结果进行统计学分析。结果两组在治疗后膝过伸角度在卧位和立位都有所下降,粗大运动功能中走、跑、跳的能力评分较前增加,日常生活活动能力有所提高。且试验组优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论下肢肌电生物反馈能够有效降低膝过伸角度,提高粗大运动功能,同时增加患儿的日常生活活动能力。 Objective To study the efficiency of electromygraphic biofeedback in treatment of children with cerebral palsy knee extension by comparing the knee extension angle before and after treatment, score of activities of daily living, and gross motor function score. Methods 40 cases of children with cerebral palsy knee extension cured in our hospital from lanuary 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group with 20 cases in each. Children in control group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, and children in experiment group were treated with lower limb EMG biofeedback training on the basis of routine rehanbitation therapy. The two groups were treated with the combination of hospital and family for 3 months. Children's lying, standing knee over extension angle, lower limb spasm and muscle strength, gross motor function and activities of daily living before and after the treatment were evaluated, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The knee over extension angle in the supine position and the position of the two groups had declined. compared with the previous, the gross motor function in walking, running, jumping ability scores were increased. The activities of daily living ability was improved. And the experimental group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). ConclusionLower limb EMG biofeedback can effectively reduce the knee over extension angle, improve gross motor function, and increase children's daily living activities.
