孕妇及亲属共同参加的产前教育模式对产褥期护理效果的观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究并探讨在产褥期应用孕妇及亲属共同参加的产前教育模式的护理效果。方法 2015年3月-2016年6月,选取我院产科门诊收治的400例孕妇作为此次研究的对象,采取数字随机表法将孕妇分为对照组、观察组,每组200例。对照组实施常规产前健康教育,观察组实施孕妇与其亲属共同参加的产前教育。比较两组孕妇的孕期健康教育知识掌握程度、剖宫产率、纯母乳喂养率、母亲角色适应能力评分以及产后盆底肌力恢复情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组的孕期健康教育知识掌握评分、母亲角色适应能力评分均明显更高(P〈0.05)。观察组的剖宫产率、纯母乳喂养率分别为6%、82%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组的产后盆底肌力评分、产后盆底肌力恢复正常率分别为(4.22±0.91)分、91%,较对照组均明显更高(P〈0.05)。结论采用孕妇及其家属共同参与的产前健康教育模式具有显著的产褥期护理效果,可有效提高孕妇对孕期健康教育知识的掌握程度,减少剖宫产,同时,还能有效改善产后新生儿喂养方式和的母亲角色适应能力,促进产后盆底肌力的恢复。 Objective To study and explore the nursing effect of prenatal education for pregnant women and families. Methods 400 cases of pregnant women in the hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digital random table method with 200 cases in each. Patients in control group were given routine prenatal health education, and patients in observation group were given the prenatal education of pregnant women and their relatives. The pregnant health education knowledge, the rate of cesarean section, the rate of breast feeding, the ability score of maternal role adapting and postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength recovery between two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the score of pregnancy health education knowledge and the ability score of the mother's role adapting in observation group were significantly higher(P〈0.05).The cesarean section rate,pure breast feeding rate in the observation group were 6%, 82%. Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength score, postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength recovery rate in the observation group were(4.22±0.91) points,91%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The model of pregnant women and their families in prenatal health education has significant postpartum nursing effect.It can effectively improve the pregnancy health education knowledge mastery of pregnant women,and reduce the cesarean section. At the same time, it can also effectively improve the feeding postpartum neonatal and maternal role adaptability, and promote the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength.
