口服超声造影剂经腹超声检查对胃溃疡的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of oral transabdominal ultrasound contrast agent for gastric ulcer by abdominal ultrasonography

目的分析口服超声造影剂经腹超声检查在胃溃疡患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法将2015年1月-2016年3月我院收治的120例疑似胃溃疡患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,应用胃肠超声对A组患者实施诊断,应用X线钡餐对B组患者实施诊断,应用胃镜对C组患者实施诊断,并将三种诊断方法的诊断结果与病理诊断结果进行比较。结果 A组口服超声造影剂经腹部超声诊断胃溃疡与病理诊断结果的符合率为91.7%,明显高于B组的74.3%（P〈0.05）,但与C组的94.4%比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。A组对临床诊断的满意度为95.0%,明显高于B、C组的77.5%和65.0%（P〈0.05）。结论口服超声造影剂经腹部超声诊断胃溃疡,准确性高,痛苦小,值得临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of oral ultrasound transabdominal ultrasound contrast agent in the clinical diagnosis of gastric ulcer patients by abdominal ultrasonography. Methods 120 case of patients with suspected gastric ulcer patients cured in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Patients in group A were treated with parenteral ultrasound diagnosis, patients in group B were treated with X-ray barium meal, and patients in group C were treated with Endoscopic diagnosis. The diagnosis results of the three diagnostic methods and the pathologic diagnosis were compared. Results Coincidence rate between oral ultrasound transabdominal ultrasound contrast agent by abdominal ultrasonography to gastric ulcer and Pathologic diagnosis was 91.7%,which was significantly higher than that of group B with 74.3%（P〈0.05）,but compared with 94.4% of group C,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Clinical diagnosis of satisfaction of group A was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of group B with 77.5% and group C with 65.0%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral abdominal ultrasound contrast agent in the clinical diagnosis of gastric ulcer patients by abdominal ultrasonography has high accuracy,less pain,and it is worthy of clinical application.
