压力性尿失禁对产后妇女生活质量的影响

Effect of stress urinary incontinence on life quality of postpartum women

目的评价压力性尿失禁(SUI)对产后妇女生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2015年6月于阜阳市第一人民医院就诊的产后压力性尿失禁患者406例作为调查对象,采用自编尿失禁问卷和尿失禁生活质量量表对调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 SUI程度与患者年龄显著相关,随着患者年龄的增加SUI程度严重者所占比例越高。随着SUI程度的升高,生活质量量表中限制性行为、心理影响和社交活动三个维度的得分均显著下降(P值均<0.01)。结论产后妇女压力性尿失禁的程度和生活质量呈负相关。

Objective To evaluate the influence of stress urinary incontinence（SUI）on postpartum women？s quality of life.Methods The study covered 406 women with SUI between 20 ~ 45 years old,who visited the antenatal clinics,delivered andhad the follow-up in First People？s Hospital of Fuyang City during January 2014 to June 2015.The study was conducted using the following tools： self-designed Urinary incontinence questionnaire and Incontinence Quality of life Measure（I-QOL）.Results Significant relationship was found between age and SUI degree,with the age increased,women showedhigher degree of SUI.The study also showed that SUIhad a negative effect on evaluation of the quality of the postpartum women？s lives.The SUI degreehad a significant influence on the restrictive behavior,emotional comfort and social activity,respectively（P values were all 0.000）.Conclusions The occurrence of SUI symptoms affects the quality of life of postpartum women.
