认知行为干预对慢性牙周炎维护期治疗的作用

Effectiveness of cognitive behavioral intervention in chronic periodontitis maintenance period

目的观察认知行为干预在慢性牙周炎维护期的作用。方法将40名慢性牙周炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组,在牙周基础治疗前、牙周基础治疗后2个月、4个月及6个月分别测量各牙周临床参数,分析认知行为干预在牙周维护期的作用。结果两组在牙周基础治疗后两个月时与治疗前菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、牙齿松动度均有显著差异,具有统计学意义,但两组间各指标无显著差异。治疗后4个月和6个月,两组间牙周附着水平差异无统计学意义,菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、牙齿松动度差异具有统计学意义。结论认知行为干预对慢性牙周炎维护期的治疗具有促进作用,可以考虑纳入维护期的治疗,单纯的牙周基础治疗对牙周附着水平的改善有限。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral intervention in chronic periodontitis maintenance period.Methods Divided 40 patients with chronic periodontitis into experimental group and the control group randomly.Then measured the periodontal clinical parameters at the second month,forth month and the sixth month,before and after the periodontal initial treatment to analyze the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral intervention in chronic periodontitis maintenance period.Results After two months periodontal initial treatment,the plaque index（PLI）、gingival index（GI）、probing depth（PD）、tooth mobility（TM）allhave significant differences before treatment whichhave statistical significance.There is no significant difference in clinical parameter.After four months and six months periodontal initial treatment,there is no statistical significance in the difference of periodontal attachment level（AL）,the difference in the plaque index（PLI）,gingival index（GI）, probing depth（PD）, tooth mobility（TM）had statistical significance.Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention plays a promoting role in chronic periodontitis maintenance period,can be considered into the treatment of maintenance period,simple periodontal treatment is limited in improving the periodontal attachment level（PAL）.
