摘要
为了探讨个体差异在晨练人群心理健康方面的影响,本研究依据偶遇抽样的原则,运用访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对经济欠发达地区晨练人员进行心理健康问卷调查,结果显示:晨练人群的心理健康状况受到各种因素的影响,年龄、受教育程度、职业类型、家庭类型、性别的不同导致不同的人群心理健康状况差异性明显.就社会因素而言,晨练人群的心理健康状况呈两极分化,高学历者社会压力更大,责任更重,心理健康状况较差.而文盲、低收入者、无收入者则会因为知识、个人收入等的限制导致心理健康状况不好.女性和30岁以下晨练者承受的来自工作和生活的压力较大,这类晨练人群的心理健康总症较为严重.相比较之下,夫妻家庭类型的晨练人群的心理健康状况也不甚好.建议相关部门利用各种宣传方式加强心理健康教育力度,培养人们学会自我身心调整、宣泄不良情绪,加强社区体育,加大社区体育软硬件建设经费的投入力度,促进人们身心健康.
To investigate individual differences impact on mental health of morning exercises group, the study according to the principle of sampling, using the methods of interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other methods, results show that: mental health morning population affected by various factors, especially the age, education, type of occupation, family type, and gender differences. From the social factors, mental health of morning exercises group present polarization. For example, among the morning exercises group, highly educated people has poor mental health status because of greater society pressure, and heavier responsibilities, and people who are illiteracy, low income, or no income also have poor mental status because of limitations of knowledge, and personal income. Due to greater work and social pressure, the situation of female and less than thirty people among morning exercise group is more serious. From the results, the morning exercise group which is couple family type also have poor mental health. So the relevant departments should take exercises as a means to improve people' s mental health, by the way of strengthening the psychological health education, strengthening the propaganda, training people correct three - dimensional concept of health, guiding people to learn how to use of the right way to give vent to bad feelings, effective use of various means, to strengthen the eonstruction of community sports fund investment and community sports instructors, open various types of sports clubs or guidance station, actively guide the people to participate in sports, promote fitness, promote physical and mental health.
