摘要 "卓越工程师培养计划"实施以来,在多方面取得了很好的成绩:一是创立高校与行业企业联合培养人才的新机制;二是建立创新工程教育的人才培养模式;三是建设具有一定工程经历的高水平专兼职教师队伍;四是制定"卓越工程师教育计划"人才培养标准。该计划面向工业化,合理调整政策与资源,协同创新,为"卓越计划"的后续实施和最终目标达成奠定了坚实基础。 Since the implementation of the "Excellent Engineer Training Program", the achievement has been obtained in many aspects, firstly, a new talent joint training mechanism has been founded be- tween colleges and enterprises. Secondly, an innovative engineering education training model has been established. Thirdly, a high quality faculty team with engineering experience has been formed on the basis of both full-time and part-time way. Fourthly, the standard of "Excellence Talent Training Pro- gram" has been created and developed. Serving for industrialization, to properly adjust policy and re-sources and to promote collaborative innovation, this Program facilitates in building a solid foundation for its follow-up implementation in order to reach its ultimate goal.
