乳酸对恶性肿瘤生物学行为的影响 被引量:3

摘要 高速率的糖酵解是肿瘤细胞代谢的标志。正常细胞将葡萄糖代谢为丙酮酸,在有氧条件下转换为二氧化碳并用于氧化磷酸化,在缺氧条件下,丙酮酸代谢为乳酸。而癌细胞具有有氧糖酵解的特点,在氧气充分供应的条件下,癌细胞会产生大量乳酸,即"Warburg效应"。研究表明,乳酸有助于肿瘤的生长,且高水平的乳酸与临床不良预后相关。本文就乳酸对恶性肿瘤的生物学行为进行综述。
