分工深化论:五次社会大分工与部门内分工探析

The Further Division of Labor: Exploration of the Five Great Social Division of Labor and the Internal Division of Labor within Sectors

本文在对学术界公认的三次社会大分工梳理基础上,界定社会分工的划分标准,诠释以文化部门出现为标志的第四次社会大分工、以信息部门出现为标志的第五次社会大分工发生的现实逻辑;根据一般的分工和特殊的分工之间的关系,将以种植业为核心的农业生产方式、以机器大工业为核心的工业生产方式、以银行业为核心的金融体系、以文化为核心的文化产业、以信息服务业为核心的信息产业等的出现,分别判定为农业、工业、商业、文化、信息等部门内的特殊的分工发生的基本标志。

Based on a survey of the three great social divisions of labor as recognized by the academa,this paper defines the criteria for the division of social labor,explains the realistic logic of the fourth great social division of labor,as marked by the emergence of cultural sector,and the fifth great social division of labor,as marked by the emergence of the information sector. And according to the relationship between the general division of labor and the specific division of labor,it is suggested that the emergence of the farming-centered agricultural mode of production,the machine-centered industrial mode of production,the banking centered financial system,the culture-centered cultural industry,and the information service centered information industry,is the basic sign for the occurrence of specific division of labor within the sector of agriculture,industry,commerce,culture and information,respectively.
