粘胶/超高分子聚乙烯混纺纱上浆工艺研究

摘要 为开发粘胶/超高分子聚乙烯混纺纱线机织面料,重点研究混纺纱线的上浆工艺,以线密度为18 tex,3种混纺纱线(混纺比分别为50/50、65/35、90/10)为材料,在GA392型全电子式单纱浆纱机上,建立三因素三水平正交试验,测试得浆率、增强率、毛羽降低率值,采用正交试验,结合直观分析及方差分析方法,探讨优化上浆工艺。结果表明,混纺比分别为50/50、65/35、90/10的粘胶/超高分子聚乙烯混纺纱在淀粉浓度、浆纱速度、烘燥温度上的优化上浆工艺方案分别为:8%、30 m/min、60℃;8%、35 m/min、50℃;8%、30 m/min、50℃。 The sizing technology is key to the development of viscose/ultra-high molecular polyethylene blended yarn woven fabric. Three kinds of blended yarns (with blending ratio of 50/50,65/35 and 90/10 respectively) with a linear density of 18 Tex were selected for a three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment on GA392 full-electronic single yarn sizing machine, through which the pulping rate, strength increasing rate and hairiness decreasing rate were tested and then analyzed by means of visual analysis and variance analysis so as to explore how to optimize the sizing process. Experimental results showed that the optimized sizing technology for the above three viscose/ ultra-high molecular polyethylene blended yarns are as follows: the values of starch concentration, sizing speed and drying temperature are 8%, 30m/min and 60 ℃ for 50/50 blended yams, 8%, 35m/rain, 50 ℃ for 65/35 blended yarns and 8%, 30 m/min, 50℃ for 90/10 blended yarns.
