变螺距圆锥螺纹的建模及其数控铣削加工程序

摘要 变螺距圆锥螺纹的螺旋线展开后的形状为非圆曲线,较难拟合,用抛物线对变螺距圆锥螺纹进行展开拟合并推导出的适用方程(螺距变化值为线性连续增量)可用于FANUC数控系统所提供的宏程序,以完成变螺距圆锥螺纹数控铣削加工程序的编制,并在企业实际加工中加以应用。 The helix of variable pitch taper thread has a non-circular curve, which is rather difficult for fitting. A parabola is used to match the variable pitch taper thread and an applicable equation is deduced (the change in pitch is a linear continuous increment). The equation can be used in the macro program provided by FANUC numerical control system to complete the CNC milling process programming of variable pitch thread conical thread, and can be applied to solve practical problems in enterprises.
