摘要
金中直流的调制功能对云南送端电网和广西受端电网的暂态稳定、动态稳定及热稳定水平具有重要影响。主要研究了金中直流功率提升/回降和直流频率限制功能对送受端电网稳定性的影响,并以2018年南方电网丰大极限方式作为基础数据,分析了金中直流功率提升/回降对系统暂态稳定和频率稳定的影响,及金中直流整流和逆变侧频率限制控制器对电网频率稳定的影响,并通过仿真分析验证了直流功率回降在解决受端系统热稳定问题中的作用。仿真和分析结论为金中直流工程控制保护试验中的调制功能测试和相关调制功能的定值整定提供了理论计算依据。
The modulation function of Jin-zhong HVDC has important influence on transient stability dynamic stability and thermal stability levels of Yunnan sending side power grid and Guangxi receiving side power grid. Influences of Jin-Zhong HVDC power run up/down and HVDC frequency limit function on stability of sending and receiving Sides of power grid are mainly studied. The 2018 year southern power grid summer largest operation mode is taken as an basic data to analyze the influence of Jin-Zhong HVDC power run up/down on transient stability and frequency stability of power system and the influence of Jin-Zhong HVDC frequency limit controller at rectifier and inverter sides on frequency stability of power grid. The function of HVDC power run up/back in solving thermal stability problem at receiving side of power system is testified by simulation analysis. Conclusions of simulation and analysis provide theoretic calculation basis for modulation function test and values setting of relevant modulation functions in the control and protection test of Jin-zhong HVDC project.
