摘要
为了提高500 kV输电线路地线绝缘子更换作业的工作效率,基于地线绝缘子连接金具结构分析,研制一种由上联板双钩、省力丝杠、下联板双钩或(地线双钩)构成的专用工具。安全性试验及现场应用效果表明,该专用工具安全可靠、操作便捷,能够快速实现各类型连接金具地线绝缘子的更换,有效提高了检修作业的效率。
In oraer to improve the working efficiency of the replacement work of grounding wire insulators in 500 kV transmission line, a special tool is developed which is consist of upper connective plate double hooks, labor-saving screw and lower connective plate double hooks based on the analysis of connection fitting structure of grounding wire insulator. The security test and field application effect show that the special tool is safe, reliable and easy to be operated which can realize the quick replacement of grounding wire insulators with various types of connection fittings and improve effectively the efficiency of maintenance work.
