我国高速公路交通事故伤现状综述

The review on the current highway motor vehicle crashes in China

随着我国经济的飞速发展,截止2013年底高速公路的通车里程数已达10.44万公里,但另一方面,高速公路道路交通安全又逐渐成为影响社会民生的重要问题。仅2013年,全国共发生高速公路交通事故8 693起,造成5 843人死亡,11 169人受伤,伤死率高达34.34%。道路交通事故伤害的问题越来越严峻,加之我国仍是发展中国家,尚不具备完整、系统的创伤救治体系,高速公路交通事故伤害的医疗救治的能力问题愈加凸显。本文就目前我国高速公路道路交通事故的流行病学以及国内外创伤救治能力进行综述,并展望了为促进高速公路道路交通事故的创伤救治能力的未来努力方向。

With the booming economy in China in recent years, the national infrastructure has gone through dramatically accelerated development, one of the most impressing achievements is the highway open mileage has jumped to104400 km by the end of 2013. But, the emerging of highway was bound to have some unforeseen and undesirable consequences, one of which was the distressing toll of fatalities and injuries with the more open mileages. Only in 2013, there were 8,693 motor vehicle crashes（MVCs）, the fatalities were 5,843 and the number of the injury accounted to 11,169.Enormous efforts have been made to improve the highway traffic safety, the reduction in the toll other and the ratio of the fatalities and injuries per distance were noted, which is not as satisfying as expected. The medical resources and trauma care capacity is one of the most critical contributors to prevent the death, however, due to the disparities in the medical system and the gaps raised from the imbalanced developing of highway construction and available health care facilities, the trauma care capacity to respond the highway accidents has not yet been adequate, which would surely be deemed as the outcome of injuries cause by highway motor vehicle crashes（h MVCs）. This article aimed to review the current epidemiological researches of national h MVCs and prospectively discuss the future requirements in the trauma care capability to improve the outcome of h MVCs.
