随着我国建筑业的快速发展,对建筑人才的需求也不断增加。与此同时,建筑专业为了适应时代的需求,就需要培养学生的实际操作能力,增强学生的综合素质,这就要求学校在教学过程中力求改变传统的教学模式,在教学过程中实践与理论相结合,加强校企合作,让学生在实践中能够更快适应工作,进入角色。本文针对如何更好的培养建筑专业学生实践能力进行了探讨。

With the rapid development of China＇s construction industry,the demand for construction personnel is also increasing. At the same time,in order to adapt to the needs of the times,we need to develop the students＇ practical ability and enhance the overall quality of students which requires schools to change the traditional teaching mode in the teaching process. The combination of theory and practice in the teaching process,strengthen cooperation so that students can quickly adapt to working in practice quickly into the role. This paper aims at the method of how to cultivate the students＇ practical ability in the construction.
