摘要
本研究主要观察松乳菇多糖(LDG-A)对S180荷瘤小鼠生理生化指标的影响,以进一步了解松乳菇多糖(LDG-A)是否有毒副作用。实验选取S180荷瘤小鼠眼球动脉血用于生化指标测定,并对这些指标进行生物学功能分析。结果表明各实验组小鼠生理生化指标均有不同程度变化。生物学功能分析结果提示松乳菇多糖LDG-A对小鼠的肝脏无毒副作用,且能缓解S180荷瘤小鼠的肝脏损害,同时松乳菇多糖LDG-A不影响小鼠的脂肪代谢途径。以上研究结果为多糖类抗肿瘤药物的筛选提供了科学依据。
This study was mainly to observe the effect of LDG-A on the physiological and biochemical indexes of mice bearing S180 tumor,so as to further study whether the polysaccharide( LDG-A) is toxic and has side effects.The ocular artery blood of mice bearing S180 tumor was selected for biochemical indicators analysis,and the biological function of these indexes was analyzed. The results showed that the physiological and biochemical indexes in all the experimental groups were changed in different degrees. The biological function analysis suggested that the polysaccharide of LDG-A was not toxic to the livers of the mice and could alleviate the liver damage of mice bearing S180 tumor,and at the same time,the fat metabolism of the mice was not affected. The above results provide a scientific basis for the screening of antitumor drugs.
