摘要
某引水枢纽工程主要任务是为灌区提供可靠的引水保证,并改善灌区的引水条件,以满足灌区灌溉用水的需要,确保规划水平年灌区的发展目标得以实现。通过对该工程进行经济评价、财务评价来论证工程在财务和国民经济上是合理可行的。
The main task of a diversion hub project is to provide reliable guarantee of water diversion for irrigation areas,and improve water diversion conditions of irrigation area, in order to meet the needs of the irrigation water, and ensure the achievement of development goals of irrigation area in the planning level years. Through the study of economic evaluation and financial evaluation of the project to demonstrate engineering on the national economy is financially feasible.
