应用型本科院校西班牙语学生就业现状调查研究——以山东省某高校为例

An Investigation into Current Situation of Employment for Spanish Majors from Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges:Taking Shandong Youth University of Political Science as an Example

随着我国"一带一路"战略的加快推进,小语种就业市场日渐火热,市场对于人才质量的要求也越来越高。应用型本科院校西班牙语专业人才培养要与市场需求并轨,才能提高人才培养质量,达到人才培养目标。调查发现:西班牙语学生就业呈现出就业率较高,就业质量良好,市场需求量大,专业水平要求高的态势;市场对西班牙语人才的需求由单一型转向复合型;就业影响因素因行业不同各有侧重;可预见的就业瓶颈的原因主要是西语人才、高校和用人单位之间"三角关系"关系不疏通;人才培养模式已经成为影响就业质量的主要因素。通过对调研结果的分析,充分了解当前应用型本科院校西班牙语学生就业现状、市场需求以及主要矛盾;结合当前人才市场导向,对西班牙语本科复合型人才的培养模式提出改革建议,为应用型本科院校西班牙语人才与市场的精准对接提供理性的就业指导。

Alongside with the accelerating advancement of the ＂ One Belt One Road＂ strategy,in the job market there is a growing potential for the talents mastering minority language,with which,accordingly,a higher requirement for the qualities comes into being. Surveys have found that after graduation,the Spanish majors can enjoy a decent overall situation in job hunting market： highly employed,well accepted,and badly needed.The market now calls for all-round talents of Spanish majors. Factors affecting the employment varies from specific jobs. What can be expected is the unsmooth cooperation among individuals,higher Institutes and employers,which is the main bottleneck in the market. The pattern of culvating talents has been the main element among all having impacts upon employment quality. Through analysis of comparasion,this article fully understands the employment situation,market demand and principal contradiction of Spanish major from application-oriented institutes on the basis of research and analysis of graduates,universities and employer. Also,it takes the current market demand into consideration,propose some suggestions for the reform in the training mode of undergraduate Spanish inter-disciplinary and eventually provide reasonable employment instructions enabling Spanish professionals from application-oriented institutes to fit exactly into the demand of the market.
