规模猪场(O)型口蹄疫免疫效果试验研究

摘要 近年来,在汉中当地规模猪场口蹄疫免疫失败的现象时有发生,导致口蹄疫政府苗使用率有所下降,造成了公共资源的浪费。为了探求口蹄疫政府统购苗免疫效果,笔者在汉中市勉县两个规模化养殖水平较高的猪场采用政府统购面,开展了口蹄疫免疫效果试验研究。结果表明:猪O型口蹄疫政府统购疫苗能刺激机体产生免疫应答,但需要在首免后30天进行二免,才能有效提高口蹄疫的免疫效果;政府统购苗标准剂量免疫效果不佳,需要加大剂量免疫;母源抗体对首免的免疫效果影响较大,需要在合适的母源抗体水平基础上进行免疫。
