多角度思维:卓越法律人才培养的理念转型

Multi-dimensional Thinking: The Concept Transformation of Excellent Legal Talents Training

"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"的概念由教育部、中央政法委于2011年提出,在近五年的实施过程中取得了积极的成就,也存在着理念指导上的偏离或缺失。针对如何培养本科卓越法律人才的问题,笔者认为应当重新思考法律工作者的意义和法律工作者应当具备的品质,以明晰卓越法律人才培养理念的指导思路,提出应以"多角度思维"为目标培养卓越法律人才的综合素质,使卓越法律人才适合中国特色法治建设的发展需要。

The concept of ＂Training Plan of Excellent Legal Talent＂,proposed by the Ministry of Education and the Central Political and Law Commission in 2011,has made positive achievements in the implementation process in the past five years,in which there are still lacks or deviation of the concept guidance. In view of how to cultivate undergraduate excellent legal talents,the author believes that the meaning and the quality of legal workers should be rethought in order to clarify the concept of excellent legal talent training,to put forward comprehensive qualities with ＂multi-dimensional thinking ＂ as the goal of excellent legal talents training and to make the excellent legal talents meet the development need of the rule of law construction of Chinese characteristics.
