高校如何实现教师对毕业生的高质量职业指导

Study on the Method to Realize High-quality Career Guidance in University

高校的职业指导工作直接关系到大学生毕业后的职业发展方向,关系到大学生毕业后能否顺利就业,关系到高校向社会输送的人才质量,因此高校要努力实现高质量的职业指导,切实提高职业指导的效用。文章从加强高校职业指导队伍建设、坚持"以学生为本"的职业指导原则、扩宽职业指导渠道,丰富职业指导内容及引导学生树立科学的择业观这四方面阐述如何实现更高质量的职业指导。

University’s career guidance not only directly relates to the career direction of the university graduates,but also directly relates to student’s graduation and the quality of the college personnel to the society. Therefore,universities should strive to achieve high-quality career guidance and to improve its relevant effectiveness. This paper analyzes the methods to achieve high-quality of career guidance from the following four aspects, namely improving the quality of the career guidance, adhering to the＂student-oriented＂ professional guiding principles,broadening the channels of vocational guidance and enriching the content of vocational guidance and guiding students to establish the right employment attitude.
