摘要
各种新媒体的出现,冲击着传统媒体的生存空间。如何让传统媒体在各种竞争中脱颖而出,编辑执行力就成为媒体管理者关注的焦点。本文试图从管理者的视角,关注提高编辑执行力的基本举措,重在制定目标和计划、构建文化、评价机制;从编辑个体的视角,关注角色定位、职业品行和专业素养,以超强的执行力支撑编辑工作的生命力,助推优质媒体生命的成长。
The emergence of various new media has great impact on the survival space of traditional media.Therefore the executive ability of an editor has become the focus of media manager to make traditional media stand out in a variety of competition. The article attempts to focus on the basic measures to improve editor’s executive ability from managers ’angle,such as goals and plans setting,culture construction and system evaluation. Furthermore,from editors’ angle,it is of great significance to focus on role position,occupation moral and professional qualification to support the vitality of editing strong executive ability so as to boost the growth of high-quality media.
