消癌平注射液配合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的增效减毒和改善生活质量的效果

Efficiency-enhancing and toxicity-reducing effects and quality of life improvement of Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的探讨消癌平注射液配合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月~2016年3月我院收治的食管癌晚期患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组患者行单纯化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用消癌平注射液进行治疗,40 m L/次,1次/d,采取静脉输液的方式给药,15 d为1个疗程,共治疗3~4个疗程。对两组患者的病灶改变、白细胞计数及生活质量情况进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组病灶减小患者数量多于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组患者的白细胞下降程度及生活质量改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消癌平注射液配合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床效果显著,可有效发挥其增效减毒之效,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Totally 68 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 were collected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table. The patients in the control group received chemotherapy alone, the observation group received Xiaoaiping injection intravenous infusion treatment on the basis of control group, 40 m L/times, once a day, 15 days as a course of treatment, all received 3-4 courses of treatment. The changing of lesions, white blood cell count and the quality of life between the groups were compared. Results After treatment, the tumor shrinking rate in the observation group was higher than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; The decrease of white blood cell count and improvement of quality of life in observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively enhance the efficiency and reduce the toxicity, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
