摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT低浓度对比剂与低管电压在头颈部血管成像检查中的应用价值。方法选择我院2013年12月~2015年12月间收治并行头颈部血管成像检查的100例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组使用的对比剂浓度与管电压分别为320 mg I/m L(碘佛醇)、100 k V;对照组使用的对比剂浓度与管电压分别为370 mg I/m L(优维显)、120 k V。观察并比较两组患者辐射剂量、图像质量、静脉伪影以及血管增强等情况。结果 (1)在血管噪声、CT值、CNR、SNR等方面进行比较,除噪声值无差异,实验组患者其余指标明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);(2)实验组与对照组患者血管图像主观评分无统计学差异(P〉0.05);(3)实验组患者辐射剂量明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论在头颈部血管成像检查过程中,使用64排螺旋CT低浓度对比剂与低管电压可明显降低患者辐射剂量,同时也能够获得更好的图片质量,有利于诊断临床疾病。
Objective To investigate the application value of low-concentration contrast agent and low Voltage tube in 64-slice spiral CT in vascular imaging of head and neck. Methods 100 patients who were admitted to our hospital and were given vascular imaging of head and neck from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table, they were evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, the concentration of contrast agent and the tube voltage were 320 mg I/mL (Ioversol) and 100 kV respectively; in the control group, the concentration of contrast agent and tube voltage were 370 mg I/mL (Ultravist) and 120 kV respectively. The radiation dose, image quality, vein artifacts and vascUlar enhancement were observed and compared between the two groups. Results (1) Vascular noise, CT value, CNR and SNR were compared between the experimental group and the control group. The vascular noise was not different between the two groups, but all other indicators in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05); (2)There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the subjective score of vascular imaging(P〉0.05); (3) The radiation dose in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the process of head and neck angiography, the application of low-concentration contrast agent and low voltage tube in 64-slice spiral CT significantly reduces the radiation dosage in the patients, and at the same time a better image quality can be obtained, which is conducive to the diagnosis of clinical disease.
