综合性护理干预在四肢创伤VSD负压引流术中的应用研究

Application study of comprehensive care intervention in Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) of the limb trauma

目的探讨综合性护理干预在四肢创伤VSD负压引流术中的应用效果。方法将2014年8月~2016年8月我院接受四肢创伤VSD负压引流术治疗的患者102例随机分为两组,对照组51例,采取常规护理,观察组51例,采取综合性护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组与对照组在护理满意度、心理状态、生活质量及临床指标方面进行比较具有显著优势,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合性护理干预措施的实施有利于提高四肢创伤VSD负压引流术的临床疗效,值得在骨科中广泛推广和应用。

Objective To summarize the application study of Vacuum Sealing Drainage（VSD） of limb trauma. Methods102 patients receiving VSD of limb trauma in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 51 cases in the control group and 51 in the observation group. Patients in the control group were given conventional care, patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care. The care effects of two groups were compared. Results The materials of the patients from the control group and observation group were compared including care satisfaction, mental state, living quality and clinical indicators and patients from observation group presented prominent advantage,the differences were obvious between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive care has better clinical effect in the VSD of limb trauma, which deserves complete recommendation in the department of orthopedics.
