目的论视角下儿童文学《汤姆索亚历险记》的译本比较研究

A Comparative Study of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer's Chinese Versions from the Perspective of Skopostheorie

儿童文学的翻译不同于成人文学,译者应该考虑到儿童读者的认知特点,接受程度,这与翻译理论目的论的原则不谋而合。从目的论的视角出发,从词汇、语法和文化三个方面选取翻译实例对比分析两个不同时代的《汤姆索亚历险记》翻译版本。结果表明:好的译本能够做到以目的原则为指导、兼顾连贯与忠实原则,选词符合儿童语言的特点、语法符合儿童读者的阅读习惯,并使其获取阅读乐趣的同时增长文化知识,实现跨文化交际。

The translation of children＇s literature should be different from the translation of adults＇ literature. While translating children＇s literature, translators should take children＇s cognitive features and receptivity into account, which is in accordance with the Skopos rules. In this essay, a comparative study of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer＇s twoChinese versions of different times is made from the perspective of the Skopostheorie. The study is made in lexical, grammatical and cultural aspects. Good translation can naturally take Skopo rules as guidance while conforming to the rule of coherence and fidelity. Word choices should be in accordance with children＇s language features and grammar should cater to children＇s reading habits, making them happy while enriching their cultural knowledge and helping them achieve cross-cultural communication.
