止咳平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果及对T淋巴细胞亚群及血清IL-4和IFN-γ的影响

Effect of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction on children with bronchial asthma and its influence on sub-group of T lymphocyte and serum of IL-4 and IFN-γ

目的探讨止咳平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果及对T淋巴细胞亚群及血清γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）、白介素-4（IL-4）的影响。方法 选取2012年6月~2016年4月于我院儿科确诊的82例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（42例）。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用止咳平喘汤,3个月为1个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗3个月后,两组患儿的每月哮喘发作次数、上呼吸道感染次数均少于治疗前,喘息症状天数短于治疗前,IL-4水平低于治疗前,INF-γ水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗3个月后的每月哮喘发作次数、上呼吸道感染次数少于对照组治疗后,喘息症状天数短于对照组治疗后,IL-4水平低于对照组治疗后,INF-γ水平高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组的CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋T细胞水平未改善,观察组治疗后的CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋T细胞水平较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 止咳平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,可更好地改善炎症反应及免疫功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction on children with bronchial asthma and its influence on sub-group of T lymphocyte and serum of interferon-γ（IFN-γ） and interleukin-4 （IL-4）.Methods A total of 82 children definitely diagnosed as bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2012 to April 2016 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into control group （n=40） and observation group （n=42）.In the control group, inhalant of Budesonide Formoterol Powder was used,while in the observation group,Zhike Pingchuan Decoction was added on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Results After 3-month therapy,frequency of asthma attack per month and frequency of upper respiratory in- fection （URI） were both less than those before treatment,the time of asthma after treatment was shorter,the IL-4 level was lower and the INF-γlevel was higher in comparison with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.In the observation group,frequencies of asthma attack per month and URI were less than those in the control group after 3-month therapy,symptom of asthma was shorter,the level of IL-4 was lower and level of INF-γ was higher than those in the control group after therapy,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.In the control group,sub-group of T lymphocytes incuding CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋ was not greatly improved,while in the observation group,these indexes were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.86%,much higher than that in the control group （77.50%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.O5）.Conclusion Application of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction is effective in treating bronchial asthma,which can improve the inflammatory response and immune function,and is worthy of promotion.
