阴式与腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的效果

Therapeutic effect of ovarian cysts with benign ovarian neoplasms by transvaginal and laparoscopic

目的 探究阴式与腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的效果。方法 选取2014年6月~2015年9月我院收治的80例良性卵巢肿瘤患者,按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组和对照组分别通过阴式卵巢囊肿剥除治疗、腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果 两组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症情况比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但两组术后镇痛药物使用情况、术后首次排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 阴式和腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除治疗良性卵巢囊肿,均不会产生较大的创伤,利于患者尽早恢复,但前者能够达到无瘢痕的效果,且术后使用镇痛药物较少。

Objective To explore the effect of transvaginal and laparoscopic in ovarian cyst removal of benign ovarian tumors.Methods Eighty patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table wiwh 40 cases in each gr6up.Observation group and control group were treated by vaginal ovarian cystectomy,laparoscopic ovarian cystec- tomy treatment respectively,and the clinical results of the two groups was comparied.Results There were no significant differences in the operative time,intraoperative blood loss and complication between the two groups （P〉0.05）.However, the postoperative analgesic use,the first exhaust time,the ambulation time in the two groups had statistically significant difference （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Ovarian cyst and laparoscopic ovarian cysts can be used for the treatment of benign ovarian cysts without any trauma,which is beneficial to the early recovery of the patients.However,the former can achieve the effect without scars and less postoperative analgesic drugs.
