降钙素原测定在梅毒患者诊疗中的应用

Determination of calcitonin original application in patients with syphilis diagnosis and treatment

目的 探讨降钙素原测定在梅毒患者诊疗中的应用。方法 选取2015年1月~2016年9月收治的151例梅毒患者为观察组,采用免疫荧光层析法进行检测,选取同期160例健康体检者为对照组,比较两组血清降钙素原PCT水平变化情况。结果 治疗前,观察组PCT为（8.7±1.1）ng/ml,对照组PCT为（0.3±0.1）ng/ml,差异有统计学意义（t=96.182,P=0.000）。观察组Ⅰ期梅毒患者PCT阳性率为93.9%,Ⅱ期梅毒患者PCT阳性率为60.0%,Ⅲ期梅毒患者PCT阳性率为42.1%,隐性梅毒患者PCT阳性率为20.0%,胎传梅毒患者PCT阳性率为90.9%,妊娠梅毒患者PCT阳性率为84.6%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=99.901,P=0.000）。结论 降钙素原测定在梅毒患者诊疗中的应用价值显著,可为临床诊治工作的开展提供重要信息。

Objective To explore the calcitonin original determination application in patients with Syphilis diagnosis and treatment .Methods From January 2015 to September 2016,151 patients with Syphilis （observation group）were giv- en immunofluorescence chromatography, i60 patients healthy subjects were sleeted at the same time as control group. The changes of serum pr0calcitonin PCT level was compared between the two groups.Results PCT in the observation group was t8.7±1.1）ng/ml and the control group was（0.3±0.1）ng/ml before the treatment,the difference was significant （t=96.182,P=0.000）.The positive rate of PCT was 93.9% in the patients with stage I Syphilis inthe observation group, the positive rate of PCT was 60.0% in the patients with stage Ⅱ Syphilis,the positive rate of PCT was 42.1% in the patients with stage Ⅲ Syphilis,the positive rate of PCT was 20.0% in the patients with latent Syphilis,the positive rate of PCT was 90.9% in the patients with congenital Syphilis,and; the positive rate of pCT was 84.6% in the patients with pregnancy Syphilis,there were significant differences （x^2=99.901,P=0.000）.Conclusjon The application value of procal- citonin detbrmination in the diagnosis and treatment of Syphilis is of gr,eat value,which can provide important informa- tion for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
