综合护理干预在提升白血病患儿治疗依从性中的应用

Analysis on the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment compliance of patients with leukemia

目的 探讨护理干预对白血病患儿提高治疗依从性的作用。方法 选取2015年5月~2016年6月我院接诊的白血病患儿90例作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组患儿给予综合护理干预,对照组患儿给予基础护理,观察两组患儿治疗依从性的对比情况以及患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患儿治疗依从率为91.11%,明显优于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.865,P〈0.05）,观察组患儿家长满意度为95.56%,优于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.075,P〈0.05）。结论 在临床治疗中对白血病患儿给予综合护理干预,使得治疗效果得到提高,加快治疗进度,缩短住院时间,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of the Children＇s leukemia.Methods 90 admissions of children with leukemia from May 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the object of study,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by using double blind method,45 cases in each group.Comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the observation group of children,the basic nursing care was used to the control group,two groups of children with treatment compliance and the parents of the children＇s satisfaction with the degree of satisfaction were compared.Results The treatment compliance of the ob- servation group was 91.11%,better than that of the control group of 73.33%,the difference was significant （x^2=4.865,P〈 0.05）,the parents＇ satisfaction in observation group was 95.56% ,significantly higher than that of control group of 80.00%,the difference was significant （x^2=5.075,P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with leukemia,using comprehensive nursing intervention,improve the effect treatment,accelerate the progress of treatment,shorten the length of stay,and is worthy of application.
