摘要
目的 探讨集束化干预策略在患者中心静脉导管护理中的应用。方法 选取2014年1月~2016年9月我院收治的进行中心静脉导管护理患者240例,依照单双号抽签方式分成两组,各120例,对照组行常规护理,观察组采取集束化干预策略,比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组的CRBSI感染率为1.67%,低于对照组的10.83%(P〈0.05)。观察组意外脱管率为0.83%,低于对照组的5.83%(P〈0.05)。锁骨下静脉置管率为71.67%,高于对照组的40.00%(P〈0.05)。观察组平均住院时间和总留置导管时间也短于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 集束化干预策略应用于中心静脉导管护理中效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of cluster intervention strategies in central venous catheter care patients.Methods 240 patients with central venous catheter from January 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the single and double number lottery,120 cases in each group,the patients of con- trol group were given routine nursing care,the patients of observation group were taken cluster intervention strategy,two groups of nursing effect were compared.Results The CRBSI infection rate of observation group was 1.67%,less than 10.83% in the control group (P〈0.05).Accidental tube at a rate of observation group was 0.83%,less than 5.83% in the control group (P〈0.05). Subclavian venipuncture at a rate of observation group was 71.67%,up from 40.00% in the control group (P〈0.05).Total and average hospitalization time and indwelling catheter time were shorter than those of control control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Cluster in the central venous catheter nursing intervention strategy is applied to effect is better, therefore,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
