对慢性宫颈炎患者进行微波治疗的效果分析

目的 :探讨对慢性宫颈炎患者进行微波治疗的临床效果。方法 :对我院收治的96例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这96例患者分为安达芬组和微波治疗组,每组各有48例患者。为安达芬组患者使用安达芬进行治疗,为微波治疗组患者使用微波疗法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效及其不良反应的发生率。结果:经过治疗,微波治疗组患者的临床疗效明显高于安达芬组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在进行治疗期间,微波治疗组患者不良反应的发生率明显低于安达芬组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对慢性宫颈炎患者进行微波治疗的效果显著,可明显提高其治愈率,降低其不良反应的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of microwave treatment in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods-96 cases with chronic cervicitis admitted in our hospital between March 2014 and March 2015 were selected and randomly and equally divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each under the consent of the patients. The control group were treated by Recombinant Human Interferon ct 2b Suppository treatment, and the observation group were treated by microwave treatment. And the treatment effect and other parameters of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 95.8%, but the control group was only 87.5%, with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. In terms of incidence of adverse reactions, the observation group was 8.3%, but the control group was 14.6%, with significantdifferenees （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cervicitis, the effect of microwave treatment is an effective and safe treatment method.
