摘要
Since the concepts of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road were put forward in 2013, the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative has gradually become the top-level strategy of China. In this context, the Silk Road International League of Theaters （hereafter ＂the League＂） aimed at cultural integration came into being. After three years of planning and preparation, the League will be created in October, 2016. The establishment of the League opens up a new prospect of culture leading the implementation of the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative.
