320D型抽油机减速器的优化设计

摘要 减速器是抽油机的核心部件,减速器的性能直接影响整个抽油机的性能。目前国内抽油机减速器普遍采用双圆弧减速器,经过长期发展,双圆弧减速器技术已经较完善,但是仍存在着噪声大、重量重、使用寿命短、传动比小等缺陷。在双圆弧减速器的基础上进行优化设计,在第一级传动中,以行星轮传动代替双圆弧齿轮传动,以提高减速器的传动比;将第二级的从动齿轮由整体式改成分体式结构,以提高齿轮的性能。对优化的部分进行了强度分析,符合设计要求,进而达到降低抽油机减速器重量、噪声、振动,以及提高减速器传动比的目的。 Reducer is the core component of pumping unit,the performance of the reducer directly affects the performance of the whole pumping unit. At present,the pumping unit reducers are commonly used by double arc reducer,after long-term development,the technology of the double arc reducer has been relatively perfect,but there are many defects,such as noisy,heavy weight,short life,small transmission ratio and so on.In the first stage transmission,planetary transmission instead of double circular arc gear drive,and improves the reducer transmission ratio, the second stage of the driven gear from the whole change to split type to improve the performance of the gear,the intensity of the optimized part is analyzed,meets the design requirements,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the reducers weight,noise,vibration,and improves the gear ratio of the reducers.
