摘要
可编程控制器实训装置的实验对象相对单一、抽象虚拟,不利于学生学习兴趣的培养。本文设计和制作了一套太阳能污水处理实训装置,该装置采用MCGS触摸屏、西门子S7-200可编程控制器、水泵和传感器等设计制作,有利于学生进行可编程逻辑控制与程序设计,能够提高学生的学习兴趣和实践动手能力。本设计是一个经济实惠、可重复利用、绿色环保的实验装置。
The object of Programmable logic controller training device in the school is relatively simple and abstract virtual,which is conducive to the cultivation of students' interest in learning. This paper designed and produced a set of solar sewage treatment training device, which adopted MCGS touch screen, SIEMENS S7-200 programmable controller,design of water pump and some sensors etc. The students can program the logic control and practice based on the training device,which can help to improve the students' interests in learning and the practical ability. This design is an affordable,reusable,environmentally friendly experimental object.
