摘要
结合砼泵车施工环境和我国楼房建设现状,对比了砼泵车与其它混凝土设备的适用性,对砼泵车高强轻量化的臂架主流长度范围提出了建议;结合设计中的高强轻量化要求,从材料的角度出发,分析了轻质合金、高强度钢、碳纤维材料的应用现状和存在的问题,探讨了采用新材料的可行性。
Combined with the concrete pump's work environment and China's building construction situation,applicability comparison of concrete pump and other concrete equipment is displayed and main boom length range of lightweight high strength concrete pump is proposed. Combined with the design demands for high strength and lightweight,from the point of materials analysis,both application of light alloy,high strength steel and carbon fiber material as well as the existing problems are displayed,while the feasibility of using new materials is explored.
