摘要
采用高频脉冲电流发生装置及高温熔化设备对高熔点高锰钢施以脉冲电流处理,并系统分析了脉冲电流密度、脉冲频率及脉冲电流处理温度对ZGMnl3-2钢凝固组织的影响。结果发现在处理温度为试样凝固点数值左右时,凝固组织随着脉冲电流密度的增加和脉冲频率的增大而产生细化效果。
This study uses high frequency pulse current generator and high temperature melting equipment with pulse current of high melting point and high manganese steel,and analyzed the effect of pulse current density,pulse frequency and pulse current treatment temperature on the microstructure of ZGMnl3-2 steel. The results found that the processing temperature is about numerical solidification,solidification structure increases with the increase of the current density,pulse and pulse frequency and generate the refinement effect.
