摘要
运用P-V技术研究铅笔柏、侧柏的原初总体渗透势π0、失膨点总体渗透势πp、均渗透势、相对含水量RWC、失膨点渗透水与饱和渗透水比值VP/V0等水分特征参数。结果表明,铅笔柏抗旱能力弱于侧柏,但在水分相对充裕的条件下,铅笔柏较侧柏能够维持较高的细胞膨胀度,生长因而比较旺盛。随着树龄的增加,铅笔柏和侧柏的抗旱能力均有所增强。
This paper used P-V technology to study the moisture characteristic parameters of Sabina virginiana and Platycladus orientalis, including initial bulk osmotic potential π0, bulk osmotic potential at the turgor loss point πp, average osmotic potential, relative water content RWC, the ratio of VP/V0, and so on. The results indicated that the ability of drought resistance Sabina virginiana was weaker than Platycladus orientalis, under the condition of relatively enough water, Sabina virginiana could maintain a high degree of swelling of cell growth than Platycladus orientalis, and keep the growth strong. As the age of trees increases, the drought resistance of Sabina virginiana and Platycladus orientalis were enhanced.
