摘要
产业样态的嬗变促使人才培养需求发生变化,也凸显了地方高校人才培养机制僵化、滞后的短板,倒逼地方高校从注重"需求拉动"转向注重"供给侧推动"。地方高校凭借与地方政府、行业企业产学互动中积累的后发优势,从产教深度融合着眼,从制度创新入手,通过组织、技术、资源等人才培养机制构成要素的结构性优化,提升新业态人才培养的适配性、灵活性和人才供给的质量与效率,构建起主动应对人才需求变化的自适应系统,是地方高校转型发展的可行之路。
The transformation of industries caused the need change of talents cultivation, which brought the problem of the rigidity and stagnancy of the talents cultivating mechanism in the local universities, making the local universities transform from the demand pull to the supply-side push. Based on the late development advantage accumulating in the reaction among the local government and the industries, focusing on the close integration of production, teaching and innovations, starting from the institutional innovation, the local universi- ties should optimize such factors of the talents cultivating system as the organization, technology, and resource; and enhance the adaptability, the flexibility, the quality, and the efficiency of the talents cultivating mechanism, leading to the formation of a self-adaptive system for the talents cultivation, which prove to be the feasible way for the transformation of local universities.
