摘要
为了比较布鲁氏菌病不同血清学诊断方法的优缺点,试验采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、快速诊断试纸卡、间接酶联免疫吸附试验(i ELISA)、竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(c ELISA)四种不同的血清学检测方法,同时对河南地区2 545头疑似布鲁氏菌病病牛进行了布鲁氏菌的检测。结果表明:与i ELISA、c ELISA以及快速诊断试纸卡方法相比,RBT法操作简便、成本较低,且阳性检出率较高,但其特异性较低,容易出现假阳性结果;快速诊断试纸卡与i ELISA、c ELISA的阳性检出率、敏感性和特异性相互比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明在实际应用中牧场应根据自己的条件与需要选择合适的检测方法。
To compare the advantages and disadvantages of different serological diagnostic methods for brucellosis, four different serological methods were used in the test, including rose bengal plate agglutination test (RBT) , rapid diagnostic test card, indirect enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (iELISA) and competitive enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (eELISA). At the same time, 2 545 sick dairy cows suspected of brucellosis in Henan province were tested for Brueella spp. The results showed that, compared with the methods of the iELISA, cELISA and the test strip, RBT method had the advantages of simple operation, low cost and high positive detection rate, but it was prone to false posi- tive results due to its lower specificity. There were no significant differences in the positive detection rate, sensitivity and specificity between the methods of rapid diagnostic test strip, ELISA and cELISA( P 〉 0.05 ). The results indicate that the ranches should choose the appropriate detection method for bacterial diagnosis according to their actual conditions and needs.
