摘要
以某中小钢企热轧型钢生产线上人工打码效率低下为切入点,在分析国内外热钢端面打码工艺和技术的基础上,采用TRIZ理论的矛盾矩阵和计算机辅助设计对热钢在线自动打码装置进行创新设计。针对热轧型钢端面打码的技术需求,结合TRIZ理论的工程参数,建立了10×10的矛盾矩阵,通过对创新原理结合生产实际的详细分析,构建了以龙门架为主体结构、字头组合、气动冲击打码、滚珠丝杠横向运动、丝杠螺母纵向运动的机电一体化热轧型钢端面打码系统的方案,极大地提高了热钢在线打码效率,降低了工人劳动强度。
Taking a small and medium enterprises in steel hot-rolled steel production line manual coding inefficiencies as the starting point,on the basis of domestic and international hot steel end face coding technology and technical analysis on the use of TRIZ contradiction matrix and computer-aided design of steel hot-line automatic coding means innovative design. Technical requirements for hot-rolled steel end face of a code,combined with engineering parameters of TRIZ established contradiction matrix 10 × 10,through the innovative principles recommended a detailed analysis of the actual production,in order to build a gantry as the main structure,the pneumatic impact play yards,lateral movement of the ball screw,lead screw nut vertical movement of the end face of the hot-rolled steel mechatronic systems coding scheme greatly improves the heat just online coding efficiency,reduce labor intensity.
