摘要
通过分析研究带钢烘干过程中各种工艺参数之间的关联性以及对热质传递特性的影响,推导出能量消耗与各工艺参数之间的关系,得出能够高效、节能地实现烘干效果的工艺参数,并通过改进带钢干燥机的机械结构,使这些工艺参数得到最优化的应用,为今后进行带钢干燥机设计提供了可靠的依据。
The relationship between various process parameters during steel strip drying was researched and analyzed,as well as their influence on the characteristics of heat and mass transfer. Expressions for energy consumption was derived using these process parameters. Appropriate process parameters was selected and optimized to efficiently dry the steel strip and save energy. Then mechanical structure of strip dryer was improved to allow these parameters get an optimized application. Reliable experience is provided to support the design of strip dryer in future.
