中厚板分板装置改造

Renovation about Separating Device of the Medium Plate

针对改造前的分板装置在分板过程中容易刮伤钢板,造成表面质量缺陷,人力成本高以及操作不安全等问题,设计出了一种新型中厚板分板机,并进行了有关参数计算。技术改造后,分板机设备运行稳定,操作维护方便,故障低,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,减少了人力成本,同时,解决了由于分板造成的钢板表面刮伤的质量问题,具有一定的推广意义。

After technical renovation,it features operation stability,convenient operation and maintenance,low failure,greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and the labor costs,at the same time,solves quality problems of the steel plate＇s surface caused by separating medium-thick steel plate,has a certain popularization significance.
