摘要
鼓形齿接轴作为精轧机组传递扭矩的重要组成部分,本文介绍热轧板带轧机精轧机组鼓形齿接轴在使用过程中的几种常见故障分析,并作出针对性改进,使鼓形齿接轴运行稳定,降低了油耗,防止对机架冷却水的污染,减少维护人员的工作量,延长设备使用寿命。
An important part of the drum gear coupling as mill torque transmission,this paper introduces the common fault analysis of hot rolled plate with several mill drum gear coupling used in the process,and makes targeted improvements. The drum gear couplings is connected to run stably,reduce lubricating oil consumption,prevent pollution of the cooling water of the machine frame,reduce maintenance workload and prolong service life.
