Improvement Design of Telescopic Drive Shaft for PQF Rolling Mill

PQF轧机主传动轴采用花键副传动扭矩,传递效果比较稳定,但是由于密封问题造成花键副磨损过快,使用寿命较短。为此将轴头连接部位改为端面齿传递扭矩,彻底解决轴的密封问题,达到工作稳定、寿命达标的效果。

Multiple spline type is used for torque transmission on the end of spindles of PQF. The torque transmission process is always stable during running. This will cause the lifetime of the spindle too short because of easily wear between inside and outer side multiple spline due to bad lubrication. After watching and analyzing,we decide to use end face tooth for torque transmission to solve the problem of water leakage into spindle to achieve the effect of workng stability and life standard.
