ESFF复合式电袋除尘器内臭氧产生规律研究

摘要 ESFF(静电强化纤维过滤)复合式电袋除尘器采用一种可导电的特种滤料作为放电系统的接地极。ESFF在运行过程中会产生臭氧,进而引发纤维材料腐蚀,造成设备使用寿命缩短。实验通过模拟ESFF除尘器的基本运行状态,进行臭氧产生规律方面的研究工作。研究对比了金属接地极系统和导电滤料接地极系统的电学特性及其臭氧产生规律,并考察了过滤风速、输出功率对臭氧产生量的影响。并对实验结果进行了理论分析和模拟计算。结果表明,ESFF除尘器和传统的电除尘器中存在相同的臭氧产生规律,臭氧产生率随输出功率的增大而增大,两者近似呈线性关系。 A special filter of electrically conductive material is used in the ESFF composite electric-bag filter as the discharge system of grounding electrode. Ozone might be generated during the runtime of the ESFF,the fiber material could be corroded,and the lifetime of the system could be reduced. The ozone generation is studied through the simulation of the operating state of the ESFF. The discharge system with metal grounding electrode and with conductive fabric grounding electrode are compared,and many influencing factors of ozone generation are studied,including filtering wind speed and the output power. Brief theoretical analysis and simulation are given to show its basic characteristics. Experimental results show that,laws of ozone generation in the ESFF and in the traditional electrostatic precipitators are the same,and the ozone generation rate increases with the output power in a linear way.
