基于JCI标准的标准化培训教育模式对护生实习管理的研究

Research on the management of nursing students based on standardized training mode in JCI standard mode

目的:为规范医院护生培训管理与培训实施,构建医院标准化护理教育模式.方法基于JCI对员工的资格与教育(SQE)标准;结合临床实际,对2015年全院107名护生,使用标准化培训模式进行培训,从培训组织与制度、培训标准和操作流程(SOP)、培训内容及方式界定、培训效果评价等方面进行规范.结果护生全员通过心肺复苏、医院感染、消防知识等理论和操作考核,并按要求完成各个专科的临床实习任务,达标率100%;其中16名护生通过医院考核,在医院继续从事临床护理工作。结论标准化培训教育模式有助于培养护生良好的素质和能力,有助于医院护理人才队伍的培养与储备。

Objective：In order to standardize the management and training of hospital nursing students,to establish a standardized nurs- ing eduation mode.Metheds： Based on the JCI to staff qualification and education standards combined with clinical practice, using stan- dardized training mode of training to 107 nursing students in 2015,from the training organization and system ,training standards and per- ating procedures ,training content and methods to determine the training effect evaluation and other aspects of the specification. Results： All students through the knowledge and other theries of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation,hospital infection control and fire control, and complete every specialist task according to the requirements , compliance rate is 100%;there are 16 students through the hospital assess- ment ,stay in the hospital to continue to engage in clinical nursing work.Conclusin：Standardized training and education model helps to cultivate good quality and ability of nursing students,which is helpful to the training and reserve of hospital nursing personnel.
