电子健康档案应用现状分析

Status Analysis on Application of Electronic Health Record

目前,我国电子健康档案的建档率已初步达到国家目标要求,但应用效果并不理想。笔者总结各地电子健康档案应用现况,提示电子健康档案已在少部分社区慢病管理中发挥作用,但在经济欠发达等其他地区应用作用还未发挥,电子健康档案数据分析应用很少。总的来看,电子健康档案的作用发挥还存在困难,笔者总结影响电子健康档案作用发挥的因素,提出针对性的建议和措施。

The inputting rate of electronic health record（EHR） has preliminary been reaching to the goal currently, however, the effect of application is not optimistic. This article summarized application status of EHR： EHR has played a role in chronic disease management in a few of communities, while the effect of EHR in the less developed areas and the army has not been made. Data analysis and application of EHR is rare. In general, the EHR has not played a proper role due to certain difficulties. Influencing factors are summarized and corresponding suggestion are put forward in the paper.
