基于区域卫生信息平台的医疗卫生大数据研究

Practice of Medical and Health Big Data Based on Regional Health Information Platform

近年来我国在区域卫生信息平台中采集存储了大量的居民医疗健康数据。宁波区域卫生信息平台已经从基层医疗机构以及二/三级医院的信息系统中采集了近10年的医疗卫生数据。本文以宁波市鄞州区区域卫生信息平台上汇聚的医疗卫生数据为基础,分析了大数据在医疗卫生领域的应用背景,阐述了医疗卫生大数据关键技术,探索了医疗卫生大数据分析的实施路径,总结了医疗卫生大数据分析应用案例。医疗卫生大数据分析挖掘结果将对居民健康管理、医疗卫生服务、临床科研、管理决策,特别是慢性病管理具有重要的意义。

In recent years in China, a large number of health data of residents has been collected and stored in regional health information platform. Ningbo regional health information platform has collected the recent 10 years of medical and health data from the primary care institution and the 2nd / 3rd level hospital information systems. Based on the data gathered from the regional health information platform of Yinzhou District, Ningbo, this paper analyzed the application background of big data in medical and health field, expounded the key technologies of medical and health big data, explored the implementation path of medical and health data analysis, summarized the application case of medical and health big data analysis. The analysis and mining of medical and health data will be of great significance to the residents health management, medical and health services, clinical research, management decisions, especially the chronic disease management.
